Formerly: Greh Pravesh Therapy
I’m a therapist with over 5 years of experience.
Hi, I'm Aanya Wadhwani (they/them)!
For the last 5 years, I have supported 300+ people in finding safety in their everyday lives, their relationships, and within themselves. As my experience has grown, my fees have too, and I’m aware that this may make my work less accessible for many people.

However, should that mean that only those who can afford quality care should get access to it? Absolutely not.

This space is my attempt to respond to that, while also recognizing that I can’t do this alone.
So I train and work closely with newer therapists, making the kind of care I provide more accessible at different price points. I actively stay involved in each client's journey, whether they are meeting me or meeting a therapist working with me.

(And yes, I am a cat person. Big time.)

Working with us - what will it look like?
You can work with me, or with a therapist I’ve trained and stay in close conversation with.

We meet you where you are, and walk alongside you at a pace that feels okay for you. There isn’t a rush here, and there isn’t an expectation that you need to be different before you begin.

We’re not perfect. There will be moments where we miss something, or something doesn’t land in the way you needed it to.

What matters to us is that we don’t move past that quietly. We come back, we sit with it, we talk about it, and we try to repair, together, if that’s what you want.

Because therapy, at least the way we understand it, isn’t just about getting it right.
It’s about having space for the moments when we don’t, and still feeling like you’re not alone in it.
Why consider starting therapy with us?
With so many therapy options available, it can quickly get overwhelming.

With each and every one of us, you can expect therapy to be:

Affirming of your gender, sexuality, and lived experience

Trauma-informed and paced with care

Not in a rush to "fix" you, but trying to understand you

Always attempting to make space for honesty, even when things feel uncomfortable

Attuned to ruptures, and is willing to work toward repair
We’re not a perfect practice.

But, we are a practice that pays attention, takes responsibility, and stays with the work.
