Our Unique Approach
We take a "Network of Care" approach to therapy
At Daayra Nest, a network of care means that care is not carried by one therapist alone, but shared across a wider system that holds everyone involved. We try to make sure our therapists feel supported not just in their clinical work, but as people too, through supervision, training, financial steadiness, and spaces where they are not left to figure things out alone.

That kind of holding naturally extends to clients as well. So therapy here is not only about meeting one therapist, but about being part of a larger ecosystem that is attentive and responsive.
There are simple, clear ways to stay in touch, share feedback, book sessions, and sort out payments, so the process feels steady and easy to navigate.
You can think of it as a nest. Therapy is not held only between one therapist and one client, but within something larger that holds them both.
Like birds resting in a shared nest, each relationship sits within a wider field of support. There is a centre that anchors, and there are others around it too, especially our Lead Therapist, whose presence helps steady the whole.
The intention is for care to feel less fragmented and more continuous, like something you can lean into, knowing there is a wider system quietly holding it all together.
